Delete your HarborNest account

HarborNest is an app by Sadron Publishing LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open HarborNest and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

By email

If you can't use the app, email hello@sabrsoftware.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my HarborNest account". We delete the account and reply to confirm within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your profile, including your name, email address, phone number and photo
• Your listings and their photos
• Your boats and their photos
• Your saved homes
• Every conversation and inquiry you took part in, including the other person's copy
• Your push notification tokens and AI usage records

What we keep, and for how long

• Backups: daily backups are deleted after 7 days, so your data can remain in a backup for up to 7 days.
• Error reports: kept for 90 days. They do not include your name, email or account ID.
• Purchase records: Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep these under their own policies.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. How to cancel.
